Hi, I’m Erin Frigo, apartment syndicator, real estate investor, entrepreneur, animal/movie/music lover with a heart to help others find a better way.

You see, I know first hand what it’s like to struggle.

I didn’t grow up with a silver spoon in my mouth. I’m just a small town girl that grew up in the Midwest. I was taught to work hard, go to college, get a job, pay into a 401k, keep working at that job for job stability, then someday retire, and magically expect that 401k to be all I will ever need thereafter. I had hopes and dreams that I wanted to pursue after high school so I moved to California to go to college. Those dreams of mine got pushed to the side when I began to realize how much it cost to live in a big city. After multiple jobs in the food service industry during and after school that took up much of my time, I began looking for something else.

Someone mentioned I should look into education, so I took on the role of becoming a respectable educator and quickly learned how poorly teachers are paid. It just wasn’t enough to make ends meet so I took on countless other jobs to help me keep my “Living in Cali” dream alive. At one point I called myself, “The Queen of Side Hustles.” It was baffling how much of my time was spent working. Some days I’d work doubles and some triples! Yes, TRIPLES!! It really started to eat away at my happiness. Eventually I lost my joy and my time freedom. I actually felt like I was trapped and suffocating from all my time spent at one job or another and I noticed my dreams were inching closer and closer to the back burner.

With all that I was doing I figured I would be getting ahead in life, but I knew that this way was definitely not winning!

MY TURNING POINT came when one day when I just happened to take a peek at my 403b and was blown away at what I saw. It was laughable and saddening at the same time. How would I ever be able to make that work for me in the future? Thanks to Albert Einstein, I knew if I kept going on the path I was on, but somehow expecting a different result, that would be crazy. I knew I had to stop trading my time for money.

I was working myself into a hole in the ground and covering myself with the dirt.

I knew I needed to make a change. As Warren Buffet says, “If you don’t find a way to make money while you sleep, you will work until you die.” I always knew I wanted to invest in something, but I didn’t know exactly what it would be.

The life-changing benefits of apartment syndication

I was introduced to apartment syndication and all the benefits it has to offer. I dove in and learned that I could invest in apartments and get my time back and create more wealth for myself than I ever thought possible. It was such a relief!! I only wish they would teach us this in school. There really is a better way. Oh, how I love that I’ve been able to dream again! We want to help you do the same.
